Pen and Ink

Today was my first time using pen and ink. I learned that the harder you press, the more the nib pulls apart and the thicker your line becomes. The lighter you press, the thinner your line will become. I learned that you can make a variety of different lines that flow through thick and thin as well as texures by hatching or cross hatching.
